• Nimisha has been professionally working in the field of dentistry for almost 10 years assisting patients with a wide range of dental health needs. Her specialities include implant prosthetics, complex restorative cases, composite smile makeovers and more. 
• Nimisha received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital in India in 2013. She has since furthered her knowledge by finishing advanced training in prosthodontics at the King’s College London.

• Galina is currently our Head nurse and a part time Treatment Coordinator at Dental Art Implant Clinics, having joined our team as a Dental Nurse in August 2016.
• She has been working in the field of dentistry since 2013 and has developed a thorough understanding of patient requirements over the years.
• She is experienced providing chairside assistance to Dental Surgeons and enjoys taking great care of our patients before and after their initial consultations in her role as Treatment Coordinator.
• In 2015, Galina became a registered GDC member and received the National Diploma in Dental Nursing. She has a keen interest in learning and developing new skills, and she has finished numerous dental courses such as Dental Radiography in 2015, Implant Nursing from Eastman Dental Hospital in 2017, and Advanced Diploma in Treatment Coordination in 2018 from the Dental Business Academy.
• In her free time Galina enjoys traveling and watching documentaries, French and Spanish cinema and spending time with her family.
• She speaks fluent  English, Bulgarian, intermediate level of spoken Russian.

• Nadya is one of our nurses who helps our dental experts on a daily basis. Her experience of working with people at all levels and backgrounds has given her the experience and skills to provide patients with comfort and assess any difficult situations with patience and calmness.
• During her professional career, she has worked at several administrative and management roles at numerous companies, providing her with the necessary experience to ensure that the patients are well welcomed and informed during appointments.
• In her free time, she enjoys travelling, music, handcrafts and has interest in alternative medicine.
• Nadya speaks fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian.

• Stella is one of our friendly and hard-working dental nurses. On a daily basis, she provides exceptional assistance to our dental surgeons and patients during every step of the appointment. Thanks to her high level of attention and care, she ensures that each patient feels welcomed and cared for. 
• Stella has been as a professional dental nurse for more than 4 years, allowing her to develop experience in assisting dental surgeons during general, cosmetic and most importantly dental implant treatment procedures. 
• She has a national diploma in dental nursing and in addition has finished a master's degree in physiotherapy, that she received from University School of Physical Education in Krakow, Poland. 
• In her free time, Stella enjoys going to the gym, listening to music, reading books and more. 
• Stella speaks fluent English and Polish.

Jon Barrett

Customer Service and Sales Manager

• Jon is our Customer Service and Sales Manager. His day-to-day responsibilities include managing the customer service team and ensuring that exceptional customer services are maintained throughout the department.
• He has more than 15 years of experience working in management positions in sports, health, sales, and fitness fields. Jon has numerous times shown great skills in decision making, improving the productivity and the success of his team.
• In 2001 he received a HND in Sport Science from the Coventry University and since has received numerous certificates and awards including English FA Football Coaching Award. In addition, one of the previous fitness clubs that he managed, received the prestigious UK Corporate Fitness Health Club of the Year award thanks to his efforts.
• He enjoys playing the drums and occasional guitar, music, football, cricket, and tennis, travelling, going to concerts, and spending time with his family.

• Sapphire is one of our exceptional Customer Service coordinators. With more than 5 years of experience assisting both new and existing patients during their treatment journey, you can rest assured Sapphire will be able to assist you in a calm and friendly manner from your initial consultation to your 6-month check-up appointment after your treatment.   
• Sapphire is no stranger to customer service and sales related work as she has been working in this field for more than 10 years allowing her to gain the skills and knowledge of a true professional. 
• In her free time, Sapphire enjoys reading, cooking, watching ice hockey and travelling.

• Luco is one of our more experienced Customer Service coordinators having worked several years and attended numerous calls on a daily basis, providing exceptional assistance to patients interested in dental implant treatment. 
• During his professional career, Luco has worked several jobs in the customer service coordination and management field which has helped gain vast amount experience and has helped a great skillset. 
• In 2013, Luco received a bachelor’s degree with a double diploma in the field of International Hospitality and Tourism Management form the University of Derby in England and the International Hotel and Tourism Training Institute in Switzerland.
• In his free time, he enjoys playing paintball and swimming. 
• Luco speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

• Esme is one of our enthusiastic, well-organized, and hard-working receptionists here at Dental Art Implant Clinics. She has been working in the field of customer service and management for more than 4 years with responsibilities including, but not limited to welcoming and assisting clients, managing a team of administrative staff, ensuring great customer service by her and her team and more. 
• Esme has done some acting training with 2 years of studying and performing at the Fourth Monkey Theatre Company. This has provided her with experience in public speaking, communications and more. 
• In her free time, Esme likes to exercise, travel, and do the occasional voice over work. 
• Esme speaks fluent English.
